Late fall, early evening genre Parisian street scene depicting a well-illuminated trolley car on tracks, horse-drawn carriages, illuminated street lights, the lights reflecting on the pavement, and figures crossing the street or strolling on the sidewalks, with a portion of the Louvre flanking the street seen at right, and a darkened, slightly cloud-filled blue sky above. Framed in an ornate Baroque-style scrolled leave-carved gilt and gessoed wood moulding, in good condition.
